Low carb and carb free snacks

Do you love to snack? I know I do and there are absolutely certain foods you want to avoid when it comes to snacking.   Foods loaded with carbs like Ice Cream, chips and cookies, pies and cakes are high on the list of desserts and snacks you want to stay away from.

Here are some wonderful snack choices that will leave you full but not sluggish as these are either carb free or very low carb.

 

 

  • Celery and Peanut Butter – yummyyyyyy!  Can you say Protein.

  • Raw veggies with spinach dip

  • A turkey and cheese roll-up

  • Nuts – Almonds, cashews, pistachios

  • A fruit smoothie – go with blueberries maybe.

  • Tofu

  • Crab meat or shrimp

  • Cubed cheese
